Do you have mobility issues or special education needs and struggle with regular public transport? Community Link Stafford & District could be the answer.
Our dial-a-ride vehicles have easy-access steps and doors, and are all wheelchair-accessible. If you need to visit the doctor or the shops, or would like to catch up with friends or family, we can help. We could even help you get to your holiday destination!
All our services are door-to-door and our drivers will always assist you with bags, boarding and alighting. They will also provide a steadying arm if you wish, and we’ll never set off before you’re ready to go.
Mobility Scooters and Oxygen Cylinders
Mobility scooters are not designed to be restrained within a vehicle. This means that unfortunately we cannot transport these items. We will carry oxygen cylinders that are designed for mobile use, but regrettably cannot transport anything that has not been designed for this purpose. If you have any queries about your journey or the items we can transport, please contact us and we’ll try our best to help.
As a registered charity, we always keep fares as low as we possibly can, and carers, a spouse, or a family member always travel free.
