Charity staff at Community Link the Friendly bus transport organisation have pulled together and been collecting all sorts of items to fill a bus to support those people in Ukraine.

Within only one week we had filled a bus load of stuff that had been donated by many people who responded to our appeal for contributions to help those displaced families in need.

The various items included teddy bears, food packs, dry clothing, toys, medical supplies etc.

Alan Vause (Minibus Driver) and Rachel Trow (Manager) who organised the collections said

‘’We are delighted with the response from so many people to have accumulated whole bus load in just a few days. Huge thanks to all those kind people in the Community that have helped make a useful contribution to those families suffering’’
